JOBA-OVTP, 2009 No issues were published in 2009!
Due to the death of Craig Thomas, this edition was created by a trainee in the production department. The last issue for this volume is mispaginated. Issue 1-4 should start at page 298. Instead, it was inadvertedly started at "Page 1." In the confusion created by the sudden passing of Dr. Thomas, no one caught this error. The articles are here for you to read, but you shouldn't cite anything until the properly paginated version of the issue is published. We are hoping this will be corrected very soon. We are waiting for the original layout person to fix it, as he has the only copies of the original files that were used to create the edition. We are sorry for the inconvenience to our valued authors and readers and others affected by this. The Layout Dept.
